Photography, Videography & Media Consent
The Moon Wolf Production — Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket for, or attending, any event organised by The Moon Wolf Production ("the Organiser"), you agree to the following:
1. Consent to Photography & Filming
You acknowledge and consent that photography, video recording, and other forms of media capture may take place at any event organised by the Organiser. This may include general crowd shots, atmosphere footage, and close-up recordings.
2. Use of Media
By attending the event, you grant the Organiser a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, and irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and display any photographs or video recordings in which you may appear. This includes (but is not limited to):
• The Organiser’s website
• Social media channels
• Promotional and marketing materials
• Advertising and future event promotion
3. Ownership & Rights
All media content captured at events organised by The Moon Wolf Production remains the sole property of the Organiser. The Organiser retains full copyright and all intellectual property rights in such materials.
4. No Compensation
You agree that you are not entitled to any payment, royalties, or other compensation arising from the use of such media.
5. Data Protection & Privacy
Any personal data processed in connection with photography and videography will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR. Images will be used for legitimate business and promotional purposes.
6. Opt-Out Procedure
If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, you must inform the Organiser or a member of staff upon arrival. The Organiser will make reasonable efforts to respect your request; however, exclusion from all media cannot be guaranteed, particularly in group or crowd settings.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the venue, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
